Spannend

Spanning hoort bij leren, presteren en groeien. Maar hoe vaak horen we niet: "Vind je het ook zo spannend?" Een klein woord met een grote invloed. Het kan bevestigen wat iemand al voelt, maar ook spanning versterken. In het Nederlands gebruiken we ‘spannend’ vaak voor iets dat zowel uitdagend als angstig kan zijn. In andere talen zijn er aparte woorden voor positieve en negatieve spanning. Moeten we hier bewuster mee omgaan? Wat doet het benoemen van spanning met het zelfvertrouwen en de prestaties van studenten? In deze training onderzoeken we hoe spanning werkt in het brein, hoe andere dieren ermee omgaan en welke alternatieve woorden en gedragingen kunnen helpen om een positieve leeromgeving te creëren.

The safety of every child is our utmost concern. To ensure this, parents or guardians must personally "check in" each child and receive a security tag that corresponds to the child's profile. During pickup, children will only be released to adults who can present the matching security tag.
